Because Norman was... awkward at the best of times, there was going to be a knock-and-run-like-hell flower delivery outside of Tip's door some time after he had made his way back to the dorms from the picnic.

It wasn't anything fancy, really. He'd just made a discovery at one of the booths at the picnic and had kind of bugged out and bought it without even thinking.

So there was a single unlikely rose sitting outside of her door, along with a really very simple note:
